Project Goals and Objectives:
Providing free legal help for refugees from Kosovo and for people
without citizenship
Target group: Refugees from Kosovo
and people without citizenship
Project Activities: In 2005, ARKA,
through the project implementation funded by UNHCR, provided free
legal help to the refugees which are still on the territory
of the Republic of Macedonia as well as for the people without their
citizenships.

Rights Support Project
Project Title: Human Rights Support Project
Main Goal: Providing free legal help to the alleged victims of
the police abuse by policeman of the MOI as well as initiating legal
and institutional reforms to improve the protection of human rights
in relation to the police.
Target group: Citizens of the Republic of Macedonia.

Documentation
Project Title: Roma Registration and Personnel Documentation
Project: Registration for children without birth certificates,
ID-cards and other personal documents for Roma with the purpose of
helping Roma achieve basic human rights.
Target Group: Roma people from Kumanovo, Kriva Palanka and
Kratovo.
Time frame of the project: May-December 2006.
